Does weight seem to come off with higher doses?

I’m just curious if other people have noticed more weight loss on the higher doses. I’m on week 10 and just took my second shot of 1mg (50 units) but have only lost 10 pounds since first starting my very first ever shot of .25mg. Any thoughts, tips, and advice are all welcome
