Feeling stuck

Im new here, barely 2 weeks in taking the semaglutide injections. Just took my 2nd shot last night. I can see a little difference in my face, a little less puffy. Ive been watching what I eat and adding more protein to help but nothing has changed on the scale. I had open heart surgery in November so I am still healing from complications from that so not alot of "exercise " yet. When did you see any movement on the scale?
