Frustrated

I have been on semi for over 1 year. I lost 20 lbs which was great then I had to travel a lot and was unable to take it consistently. I ended up gaining back the 20 I lost and have been consistently taking it for 2 weeks now and have had no movement on the scale. My dose is 7.5 and I’m trying to switch injection sites to see if that does anything. I’m super discouraged.
