Question for microdosers

Hey everyone!! I wanted to get a little guidance on microdosing. What does everyone do? I hit a plateau and layed off the shot for a couple weeks. That kick started my loss again, but I want to know is what everyone does with their approach to the microdose? (I will also consult my doc, but I want real info from people that do it) Thank you in advance!!!
