1st week

Hi everyone I'm just ending my first week my next shot is due 2mor 06/28 Def was dealing with some stomach pain nausea and headaches but I also felt wired like lots of energy but sluggish at the same time anyone else experience that? I'm in 2.5mg of trizepatide also if side effects are too strong is it worth it to go down a mg?
