🎯Success & Motivation
Almost 2 weeks in!!
Down 6.9lbs is so exciting!! I just wanted to share with y’all my success so far. I changed my eating habits completely. I use to eat 1x a day. Now I’m eating 3 meals filled with protein and two snacks, it’s been a challenge but it’s working for me. Now I’m adding work outs this week! I work a lot and walk a lot already.
