Dosage understanding

I’m having a hard time understanding how the dosage works. I am on compounded tirzepatide. Today is the start of week 7. My vial says 10 mg on it and I have slowly been increasing the units on the syringe starting at 10 units and increasing to 30. Is that still considered a low dose? What are the average number of units per week?
