Heat ?

I received my 1st shipment from a new supplier and although it was shipped Friday (next day supposedly) I received it today (Monday) -and the ice pack had melted. when I contacted them, they said the medication is safe as long as it does not reach 103 degrees F. I was wondering if anyone else has heard this.
