My first plateau
Well, my first shot of triz was April 30 and I've lost ~15 lbs so far. But over the last 2 weeks I've hit a plateau. I started at 236 and got down to 218. But now ive been 220-222 the last couple weeks.
I've been MORE active than usual: doing burn boot camp 3-4 times a week and jiu jitsu 3 times a week.
I'm doing 2.5 mg two times weekly: I tried doing 5 mg once weekly but couldnt eat for days and I'm trying to preserve my muscle mass.
My plan is to dial in my nutrition and protein for the next 1-2 weeks and if no improvement, consider combining or upping my dose.
Thoughts and advice? Just be patient and consistent?
