Non stop diarrhea!

I am on week 5 and this week I went up in dose. I have noticed that day three after my injection I feel the worst but this week was awful. I was unable to leave the house because of the fear of an accident. I’m on day three of diarrhea that seems to be getting better but I’m afraid this is going to happen every time now. Should I call my doctor or see what happens after my next injection?
