Post nasal drip

Has anyone experience a post nasal drip side effect from taking tirzepatide? Ive only done 2 shots, the first being 15units which ended up being way too much for me, I was barely able to eat anything for over a week and the second time I lowered the dose to 7units and that’s when I noticed a post nasal drip feeling. I’ve stopped taking it and waiting to talk to my provider before continuing it as I feel like I may be losing weight too fast I lose close to 7 pounds the first two weeks from these doses alone. I’m on a 2.5mg vial
