Weight gain?

I have been on compounded trizepitide for a month now and I seem To be gaining weight? I switched from ozempic to this as I hit a long stall be doctors recommended I switch. I will lose 3 lbs and then gain 6 back. My eating is minimal but I’ve also noticed I am gassy and constipated . This didn’t happen on ozempic. Is this normal? When did you start to see weight loss?
