Not loosing weight

I’m on the 3rd week of my 5mg of Mounjaro ! I’ve lost about 5.5kg in 1.5 months but I’ve stopped losing weight despite having lesser food due to bloating and nausea! I’m trying to figure out why! I’m feeling so discouraged that I’ve stopped weighing myself 🙁😞! Anyone has insights into this ?
