Oz to MJ

Has anyone switched from Oz to MJ as Oz had become ineffective ? I am eating right and exercising .. lost only 6 lbs so far and have gone up to 10 mg hoping it would work better…my appetite is way less but that’s it . Have I wrecked myself for these drugs ?
