Slow but it’s happening!
26.2 pounds down! Not a fast loss but a real one. I am disabled, so exercise is hard but this week I am going to add some resistance bands to my small workout. When I get discouraged I remember that I could have easily gained this! Yay me!. S.W 252,C.W.226.8 G.W. 190 and then I will think about a new G.W.
