Exhausted

I’m on week 4 of 25mgs of ozempic. I’m feeling kinda awful lol. I’m not sure if it’s just because I’m crashing after finishing a hectic year of university or if it’s the meds. I’m wondering how long I should go before deciding to try something else. Any thoughts are appreciated.
