Ozempic to Mounjaro back to ozempic

was in septic for about 16 months and lost 85 lbs. started to stall and felt like nothing was happening. Mounjaro was then approved in Canada and my insurance covered it so my doctor recommended switching to it. at the highest dose I was constantly thinking about snacks and started to gain weight. my doctor just switched me back to ozempic. Anyone else switched and gone back? any tips to get the full effect of ozempic now that I’m back. feeling stalled and like a failure.
