6 lbs down in first month!

I gave my first Wegovy injection one month ago tomorrow and I just started my 0.50 mg injection. I'm thrilled to be down 6 lbs at the one month mark. I don't have a ton to lose (approximately 19 lbs more). So mine will be slower than people with more to lose. Also, I was nervous to start the 0.50 mg injection but I have fewer side effects now than I did on 0.25 mg. Tiredness is about the only symptom I have right now. I just want to encourage everyone to keep trying! Trust the process.
