First week anxiety

I took my first 0.25 dose and every night since I have been waking up and having anxiety attacks and what almost feels like blood sugar drops . Has anyone else experienced this ? iv lost 1kg since injecting Thursday night , with no other side effects except for this persistent anxiety .
