Pen didn’t puncture my skin

Has anyone ever had this problem? Last week when I injected myself (wegovy) in my stomach, doing it properly holding my skin firmly I felt the needle and I don’t usually. And I heard a hissing sound and after it finished and I heard the last click I picked it up and liquid went everywhere. Now I’ve had this issue before with regular needles because last year I was going to Options and using regular syringes to inject. Sometimes I had to actually try several times to get the needle to puncture my skin. Sometimes the needles just wouldn’t go and my skin would just dimple in. Has anyone ever had this issue?

I also called wegovy and they were supposed to send me something to return the faulty needle and they never got back to me. Never emailed me, nothing.
