Super Heavy Period

I’ve been on Wegovy for almost a year at 1.0 and just went up to 1.7mg about 2 weeks ago. Generally my period is pretty inconsistent and when I do get it it’s fairly light. I am having a crazy heavy period and I’m wondering if any one else has experienced this and if I should bring it up with my doctor?
