Week 1 on .25 Wegovy

I’m almost through my first week and down 5.6. Took the shot Friday night, Saturday i had a slight headache but that’s it. I think i’m down because I was deathly afraid of the horror stories re: nausea, stomach pains so I cleaned up my diet, drank a LOT more water, focused on protein. I question moving up to the .5!
