Wegovy pill luteal phase

During luteal phase when my period is about to come down I normally get bloated, how ever since starting the wegovy pill for a few weeks, my belly is extremely bloated, despite the scale going down. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this or any changes regarding their period or cycle ?
