One month

I’m one month in and I’ve lost a total of 10 pounds. I was started on 2.5 mg Zepbound and had my check up on Friday. Will be officially moving up to a 5 mg dose this week. I’m hoping I can keep moving forward it’s definitely helping! I started at 188 lbs and am currently 178 as of this morning.
