Slow but sure
I began zep 2.5 on March 16. Due to extreme food aversion the first 2 weeks my Dr recommended spacing my shot out to 10-11 days as long as I did not feel ravenous. So for 3 of the 8 weeks I did space them out a little longer. My starting weight was 177 and although bmi calculations say is should be about 135, I am comfortable sitting at 145 as a goal. I am taking my 8th shot today and have only lost about 7 lbs. I weight train, walk, and ride my stationary bike all while eating in a deficit. I had hoped to stay at the lowest dose as long as possible but have not seen any loss since April 28. Hard not to compare when others lose what I lost in 1 week. Anybody else in this same situation? What has worked for you?
