Struggling with diet
I am on Zepbound and am having success losing weight, however I know some is from muscle loss. I know I need to do strength training. What I’d like to ask is what are you eating to get enough protein in a day? I’ve been relying mostly on dairy products like Greek yogurt (high protein), cheese sticks, cottage cheese, milk. I keep Kodiak granola bars handy when I need something quickly. I’ve tried the Kodiak muffins and like the taste. Unfortunately baking as directed gives you 15 g fat per serving. Their waffles are good.
I’ve ordered an unflavored pea protein powder to try. I like the FairLife protein drinks.
I see beef sticks mentioned a lot. What would you recommend? Thanks!
