Tracking body changes
I’m using 9 different tools to track my progress. I have a BIA scale that includes feet and hand sensors (HumePod) to estimate body fat, muscle, water, bone etc and distribution by body part. I have an electronic tape measure that Bluetooth connects to an app (Fitdays) to record measurements I take. I use MeThreeSIxty and ZOZOFit apps to scan my body from all angles every month or so. I also use my phone camera to do a slow 360 video every month or so. I use MyFitnessPal everyday to track all my food. My Apple Watch tracks my sleep and activity. I track my shots and progress on Shotsy, MeAgain, Pokii, GLPeak, Glippy, and Apple Health. I use all the free versions of the apps. I just ordered the ZOZOFit suit! The emailed me a 40% discount code and I got it because if you buy the suit (suit is not required to use the app to scan) then you get premium features free for life. I’m hoping other people will use ZozoFit app so they don’t go out of business and I can really use all features free for life! Check it out, it’s pretty cool. It’s free to use the app to scan by your camera without the suit, there just are some features you can’t use and some ads.
