Week 1 update
So, I'm approaching week 2 shot in a couple days. This week I haven't really felt any different. I've been drinking more water than I usually have but not as much as I should be. Mornings I haven't been hungry, forcing myself to eat my overnight oats. I've noticed feeling more hungry after 7pm until bedtime. I haven't been eating a whole lot if I'm being honest. I've been off this past week and It's hard to make what I'm supposed to be eating and make food for a picky 4yr old and my husband. Protein has been a struggle. I'm more of a bread girl. So it's an adjustment.
