Zepbound

Not sure if this helps but when I picked up my first Zepbound script my pharmacy said best to do the shot on a Friday around 4pm-6pm and it has been great I know others who were taking it during the week once I told them they said wow I like Fridays better in case u need the weekend if u have any headaches or if ur nauseous
