How Glippy ranks providers
Short version: no provider pays to be listed, and no provider can buy a higher organic rank. Rankings are driven by pricing, user reviews, and state/medication relevance.
How rankings work
- - Default sort prioritizes the lowest effective monthly cost for your selected medication, dose, and stage.
- - Ties are broken by confidence-weighted Glippy review quality.
- - State and medication relevance filters are always applied before ranking.
- - Organic listings are not manually boosted.
How we make money
- - Sponsored placements are clearly labeled. Sponsorship does not buy organic position.
- - Some outbound links are affiliate links. Affiliate status does not change sort order.
What we do not do
- - We do not charge providers a monthly fee to be listed.
- - We do not charge per-referral fees for organic ranking.
- - We do not let providers edit their own ratings.
- - We do not remove negative reviews in exchange for payment.
Review policy
- - Glippy reviews are first-party user reviews on our platform.
- - Aggregate Google and Trustpilot rating summaries may be shown for additional context.
- - We link out to third-party platforms instead of importing individual third-party reviews.
