Just starting out

Hi everyone, I will be taking my first dose tonight. I am really nervous about the side effect, specifically the nausea. Any suggestions on how to combat that side effect? Also, is there a good website that has a simple meal plan to follow? I do better when I meal prep versus when I fly by the seat of my pants.
