Snack foods
Hey there, I’m looking for some good healthy snack foods that require a little to no prep. To keep the nausea for most of the day I drink most of my protein andcalories and then just have some lighter snack foods throughout the day. I keep going slightly over my calorie goal for the day though. A lot of what I have is stuff like string cheese and lunch meat. I work a lot and I’m a single mom so the less prep, the better!
