Brello, renewal??

I am about to sign up. It's states on their website that renewal is 11 weeks, and then another area 10 weeks. Which is it? Also 11 or 10 weeks is not 3 months???

I see a lot of companies advertising 139/month but I cannot afford the 12 month upfront price. Brello is in my budget. Any advice welcome! Currently on 5mg and this is my 7th total week on tirz!
