Mislead by FuturHealth
Warning about FuturHealth!
Not sure if this is allowed but I want to give everyone a heads up about FuturHealth. If this is not allowed, please let me know.
I joined this company because a friend had recommended them. She lost around 150 using FuturHealth and was so happy with everything from price to customer service. Couldn’t say enough good things about them.
She was with me when I signed up online and we were told that my first month would be $49 including medication and supplies. Went through the questionnaire, got approved and everything with in a couple of days. Then start getting messages from Lilly Direct about the medication. I was never told that I would be having to work with two companies. Anyway, that’s fine. Go through all the steps and within a couple days, I get a message from Lilly that my medication is ready to ship. Log in, and they want me to pay $299 plus I have to pay for the supplies…syringes, etc.
I contacted FuturHealth and was told my $49 was only for the membership and consultation with providers, even though I was originally told everything was covered under the $49. When I asked to cancel and get my money refunded, they stated. “Yes, you were mislead but you will not get a refund.” So now I am out $49 and am very gun shy to try to work with any other companies.
Can anyone give me any suggestions of who I should look into? I am currently working with a local clinic and pay out of pocket. It’s just getting expensive. I am on tirzeptide at 10mg per week. One that I am looking into more is wellmedr. Thanks for any help you can give and again, if this isn’t allowed, please let me know.
