Week 6

I started June 1st at 276lbs. I got aZepbound sample from my PCP. 2.5 mg was a breeze. I just did my second injection of 5mg compounded tirzepatide. Only real complaint is some constipation, nothing some added fiber isn’t taking care of. I did have some pretty significant fatigue the day after my first 5mg injection but it passed. Overall I’m down 24 lbs and feeling great. I have incorporated some fasting as well that seems to get me past the temporary stalls. I’m really impressed with this drug.
