First shot of compounded semaglutide

So I have officially started my Journey. I’m nervous but excited. I have done a tone of research on how to minimize side effects and fittings the foods I already love into my new routine. I do want to start working out again but might just stick to walking the dog and light stuff tell after the first month to see how it goes. Look forward to reading all the success stories.
