I’ve been on Ozempic for 12 weeks. My hair is as dry as straw. I usually take magnesium zinc and I’ve never noticed any benefit with biotin. Does anybody have any tips to help my hair not be so dry?

Just switched from Ozempic to Mounjaro. Took my first shot on Friday and have a bruise in my stomach where I took my shot. Never happened when on Ozempic. Is this normal?
